Description:A bronze commemorative medal by F. Barre, from the Numismatica Universalis Virorum Illustrium, 1818.

The Latin inscription, 'NATUS STRATFORDIAE IN BRITANNIA. An M.D.LXIV Obit. An. M.DC.XVI' on this side translates as "Born in Stratford in Britain in the year 1564 died 1616".
