Description:A pocket watch, from Birmingham. The watch case is made of black metal with a gold/gilt covering. The watch has a lace-white enamel face with Roman numerals and seconds figured on the outside in Arabic.

There is a verge movement with pierced filigree ornamentation in gold/gilt. The watch was made by W. Niclin of Birmingham, 1755-1774.
