Description:This medal was presented to the school children of Leamington Spa to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VII in 1902. The obverse bears a portrait of the King with Queen Alexandra. The reverse bears an inscription that reads: 'PRESENTED / TO THE / SCHOOL CHILDREN / OF THE BOROUGH / OF / ROYAL LEAMINGTON SPA / BY THE / MAYOR AND MAYORESS / ALDERMAN & MRS / WILLIAM DAVIES'
