Copper coin, probably of Indian origin and possibly from as early as the First Century BC.
This coin takes on a formula made popular by the coins of the Kushan Dynasty. It shows the king on the obverse and a Hindu God or Goddess on the reverse. The particular iconography and date of this coin is unidentified.
