Description:This metal sheet electrode was used in a current bath during physiotherapy treatment at the Royal Pump Rooms, Leamington Spa. The patient's limb was placed in a current bath with the metal sheet electrode. The metal sheet electrode was then attached to a treatment machine with the wire, and a low frequency current was passed through it. The electricity stimulated muscles and improved circulation in the limb.
