Description:This is a watercolour, pen and ink on paper picture of two frogs sitting either side of a stream in a wood. It was painted by James Lloyd in 1960 and is inscribed 'J. Lloyd'. Lloyd began painting because of his interest in farm animals and painted first from photographs in 'Framer and Stockbreeder' imitating the dots which made up the photographic reproduction. This became the basis of his strong personal style. Framed size Height 340mm, Width 442mm, Depth 30mm
