Description:Man sweeping the road. Railway Terrace, Rugby, which was laid out as a private road by the Railway Company and lined with sleepers in 1840. Plans for Railway Villas [one of which can be seen on the right] were passed in 1852. This photograph was therefore taken after 1852.
