Description:An oval cameo brooch which is brown in colour with gold backing. The brooch depicts a male figure, Poseidon (Greek) or Neptune (Latin), holding a trident.

Poseidon was the Greek God of the sea and consort of the Earth, in Latin he was known as Neptune.
