A photograph of S. T. Wackrill sitting at his writing desk on 26 January 1899. This photograph was produced by the firm of Elliott & Fry, which was founded in 1863 by Joseph John Elliott (1835 - 1903) and Clarence Edmund Fry (1840 - 1897). In 1963 the firm was amalgamated with Bassano & Vandyk.
