Date:1920 - 1930 (c.)

Description:This doll, sold under the trade name 'Revalo', was made by the German maker Gebruder Ohlhaver.

It has a bisque head - a matt (unshiny) porcelain, with blue closing eyes and a real hair wig.

The body and limbs are made from composition - a papier-mache or wood pulp mixture. There are ball joints at the knees, hips, wrists, shoulders and elbows so that the doll can be moved easily. The clothes and straw hat are original.
