Description:Oval shaped metal badge on a blue ribbon. The shield of Warwick District Council is in the centre and "PAST CHAIRMAN WARWICK DISTRICT COUNCIL" is around the edge. Lines radiate from the shield. One the reverse is, "KENNETH RAWNSLEY 1974-75". There is a metal clasp on the ribbon.
