Description:Gold and silver coloured metal and enamel badge on a blue ribbon. The badge features the coat of arms of Warwick District Council. On the badge is, "PAST CHAIRMAN WARWICK DISTRICT COUNCIL". "CLLR. J.H. HIGGINS 1982-82" is engraved on the reverse. There is a metal clasp on the ribbon.
