Description:Greetings card sent from Fred to Et. It has a silk mesh insert which is embroidered with pink flowers and green leaves and stems. "AMITIE" is embroidered below the flowers. There is a pink ribbon at the edge of the card. There is a verse inside the card and "Ethel with fond love from Fred" is inscribed inside in pencil. A message from Fred to Et is written on the last page.

This card was sent to Ethel May Harrison (nee Tims). She had two brothers, Jack and Fred, who were both killed in action in World War One. They are named on the Leamington Spa War Memorial. They wrote to Ethel regularly during the war, as well as sending her souvenirs from France, such as a handkerchief and cloth case.
