Description:Supplement to the 7 July 1939 edition of the Royal Leamington Spa Courier, about the Kenilworth Pageant. The pageant, which took place in the ruins of Kenilworth Castle in July 1939, celebrated 700 years of history at the castle. Episodes included the 'Princelye Pleasures' of 1575, when Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester, entertained Queen Elizabeth I.
