Description:Photograph of a young man in civilian clothes standing outside the entrance to Woodcote House, Leek Wootton. The young man is probably Francis Ernest Waller, photographed just after his return from the Boer War in 1902. The sign 'Dolce Domum' can be seen over the door. Francis inherited the Woodcote Estate in 1892.
