Description:Letter from George Henry Waller to his father, Thomas Wathen Waller. George is serving as an officer in the Crimean War and is currently at the 'Camp before Sebastopol'.

He includes an account of the battle of the Redan (in which he has recently taken part) with references to a hand drawn plan. He writes that he will enclose the plan with his letter.
