A black and white photograph of the illuminations during the Lights of Leamington in the Jephson Gardens, Leamingon Spa. Within the photograph is a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The first Lights of Leamington was the town's contribution to the Festival of Britain in 1951. It then took place every summer until 1961.
