Description:
A black and white photograph, by Maurice W. Mead, of a night scene during the Lights of Leamington in the Jephson Gardens, Leamington Spa. The photograph shows an illuminated lakeside alpine scene with a steamboat on the water. The first Lights of Leamington was the town's contribution to the Festival of Britain in 1951. It then took place every summer until 1961.
