The print depicts the Regent Hotel, with figures and carriages in the road. Daniel Goodman Squirhill (1808-1863) was a local architect. He designed, among other things, the Lodges at the entrance to the Jephson Gardens, the college on Binswood Avenue and Holly Walk Chapel.
