Description:Grey fabric 'Ancient' pot from Peru, brought from Lima in 1880.

The pot is anthropomorphic and is in the shape of a boat with press moulding decoration. The pot has a handle to one side and depicts two figures sitting in the boat, one of which forms the wide circular spout, made c.1476.
