Description:This silk rosette was made by the Ladies of Coventry to commemorate the visit of the Prince and Princess of Wales to Coventry in 1874. The rosette is embroidered with a street scene in Coventry and the inscription: 'From / The Ladies / Of / Coventry / Novr 7th / 1874'.
