This print depicts a view of the Royal Pump Rooms, Leamington Spa, from across the River Leam. There is a coach and four horses crossing Victoria Bridge with a fifth horse following. Cows are grazing pastureland in the foreground. The Royal Pump Rooms were only two years old when this print was made. The pastureland in the foreground became the Jephson Gardens 18 years later.
