The top print depicts a view looking north up the Parade with Dormer Place branching off to the left. There are figures walking along the pavements. There are also horse drawn carriages and horses and riders on the road. The bottom print is of the Royal Pump Rooms after it was refurbished in 1861-1863. The tower and pediment were added as well as a balustrade, cornices and stucco facing. There are figures walking and driving past in the foreground.
