Italian copper-nickel 20 centesimi, 1894


Diameter 20mm


The obverse features the denomination within a central beaded ring. Around the outside is the inscription 'REGNO D'ITALIA/ 20 CENTESIMI', 'Kingdom of Italy/ twenty centesimi'. This is divided by two five-pointed stars. The reverse features a crown with a five-pointed radiate star above and the date below. They appear within a wreath of olive and oak branches, which are tied at the base with a bow. Underneath the bow is the mintmark for Berlin, 'K.B'.
