Description:

Italian aluminium-bronze 10 centesimi, 1866

Diameter 29mm

The obverse features the bust of the King of Italy. The inscription reads 'VITTORIO EMANUELE II RE D'ITALIA', 'Vittorio Emanuele II, King of Italy'. The reverse features the insription '10 CENTESIMI 1866' within a wreath of olive and oak. Above is a five pointed radiate star and below is the letter 'N', the mintmark for Naples.
