Description:

Italy, Kingdom of Napoleon (1804-1814) silver 10 soldi, 1810

Diameter 17mm

The obverse features the bust of Napoleon I facing right. The inscription reads 'NAPOLEONE IMPERATORE E RE', 'Napoleon, Emperor and King', and the date is below. The marks at either side of the date are possibly mintmarks but they have not been identified. The reverse features a crown with the inscription 'REGNO D'ITALIA', 'Kingdom of Italy', and the value '10.SOLDI' below. The 'M' at the base is the mintmark of Milan.
