Description:

French billon 10 centimes, 1808

Diameter 18mm

The obverse features the inscription '10 CENT' (centimes) followed by a diamond. Underneath are two Parisian Privy Marks, a cockerel and the word 'Tiolier' in script, and the Parisian mintmark 'A'. Around the outside are the words 'NAPOLEON EMPEREUR' with the date below. The reverse features the letter 'N' for Napoleon with a crown above. This appears within a laurel wreath.
