Description:

Coventry copper Halfpenny, 1669

Diameter 21mm

The obverse features the inscription 'A/ COVENTRY/ HALF/ PENNY/ 1669'. The reverse is very worn but features a shield bearing the Elephant and Castle with a lion on top. There is a letter 'C' on either side.
