Description:Black earthenware cremation urns with decoration. Burnt bones were placed inside these urns. The pots were hand made (i.e. they were not made on a potter’s wheel) and were decorated by incising and stamping the damp clay with a shaped stick.
Inside the right hand urn (Grave 133) were found the remains of a bone comb and part of a bronze girdle plate (see entry).
