Description:A photographic portrait of Edward, Prince of Wales, taken in 1899.

Edward was a future king, and a regular visitor to Warwick Castle. He had a string of well-known mistresses, and enjoyed a close friendship with Daisy, the Countess of Warwick. Their liaison became infrequent after Edward became king, since it was seen as rather inappropriate.
