Description:A man in uniform at The Grange, Newbold on Stour. 1930s [It is suggested that The Grange (formerly the Rectory) was bought by Mrs.Knott of Blackwell in 1943 from Coventry Climax. She then opened a private infant school inlate 1943 or early 1944.] [It is incorrect in saying that the property was bought by Mrs Knott of Blackwell in 1943. Mrs May Krott who did live at Blackwell Grange was the purchaser of the property, and did open a private infant school at Newbold and was housed in a building adjacent to the Grange.]
