Description:King Edward VII Memorial hospital, Hatton, exterior of probably temporary buildings. 1953 [ The 'temporary buildings' comment is unsubstantiated and misleading. The Pavilion system where treatment involved patients getting as much fresh air as possible, hence the open verandah where beds could be wheeled out.]
