Description:View of Bath Street with the music hall on the left and the post office on the right, published by C. Elston, c.1846. The post office on Bath Street was designed by the architect C. Elliston. The building was officially opened on 25 May 1846 and was demolished in 1872. Due to increasing demand the post office moved to larger premises on Priory Terrace in 1870.
