Description:

A black and white photograph of a night scene during the Lights of Leamington in the Jephson Gardens, Leamington Spa. There are some illuminated clown puppets. One of the puppets is sitting in a car squirting water at the other. The first Lights of Leamington was the town's contribution to the Festival of Britain in 1951. It then took place every summer until 1961.
