Description:A beaded pubic apron made by a Xhosa speaking tribe from South Africa, c.1875-1900.

It is made from a long rectangular beaded panel of yellow, red, black and white diamonds on a blue background edged with black and white. The strap is made from yellow, red, black and white beads.
