Description:A view of the Loft Theatre in Leamington Spa.

The Loft Theatre Company was established in Leamington Spa in 1922 by the Reverend Constable and Mrs Constable under the name of The Warwick and Leamington Dramatic Study Club. The Company moved to the Loft Theatre in 1945. In 1964 a fire destroyed the original theatre and the present building was opened in 1968. This photograph was taken a year after the theatre re-opened in May 1969.
