Description:A postcard view of York Walk, which runs alongside the River Leam in Leamington Spa. It was printed by Stengel and Co and is franked 29 August 1904. Visitors to Leamington Spa were advised of the health benefits of taking leisurely walks, known as promenading. Many picturesque walks were established around Leamington to encourage this pursuit, including York Walk.
