This print depicts a view looking south towards All Saints Parish Church, Leamington Spa, with the Royal Pump Rooms to the right. Notice how undeveloped the town is, Victoria Terrace (past Victoria Bridge) was not built until 1838 and the Jephson Gardens were not laid out until 1834. There are men and women walking in front of the Royal Pump Room buildings.
