Medal struck to commemorate the rebuilding of St Peter's Church in Leeds, 1841. The obverse features the bust of the Reverend Walter Farquhar Hook with the inscription 'THE REV WALTER FARQUHAR HOOK D.D. VICAR OF LEEDS 1837'. The reverse features St Peter's Church with the inscription 'ST PETER'S CHURCH LEEDS, REBUILT 1841/ BY THE VOLUNTARY/ CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE/ INHABITANTS/ CONSECRATED SEPT.2'.
