Description:

Swiss billon 10 rappen, 1850

Diameter 19mm

The obverse features the Swiss Coat of Arms - a shield bearing a cross, with two oak branches crossed behind. Above is the inscription 'HELVETIA' and the date is below. The reverse features the denomination surrounded by a wreath of oak branches. At the very bottom is the mintmark for Strasbourg, 'BB'.
