Description:

Welsh copper halfpenny token, 1793

Diameter 28mm

The obverse, although very worn, features a harp, with the date above. There is a wreath of oak around the outside and the inscription reads 'NORTH WALES HALFPENNY'. The reverse features a hooded Druid facing left within a wreath of oak.
